Dr. Vineeta Singh Tandon is an accomplished Internal medicine Consultant and diabetologist. Coming largely from a non medical background family, She strongly believes that trust and communication are the two major components of a doctor patient relationship and her work is based on that foundation. She has over 10 years of experience in treating various common and rare medical disorders. She did her MBBS in 2007 and MD in Internal Medicine in 2014 from a prestigious Institute, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram (Wardha). The Institute which not only provides medical education but take deep pride in inculcating humanitarian aid and social responsibility to its students.
Compassion and Empathy is what she gained from her Alma mater. In her zeal to give back to the society, she served for many years in remote areas and helped the needy with her skills.
To understand the needs of elderly population and treat them holistically,She did a post graduate diploma in Geriatric Medicine in 2013.She also did a Fellowship in diabetes and a certificate course in thyroid disorders and has excellent skills in comprehensive diabetic and thyroid management. Her areas of interest are diabetes, thyroid, hypertension,tropical fevers,respiratory,bone disorders and adult immunisation.
Extremely passionate about her field of specialisation,She is also deeply concerned about women health and has keen interest in working for them.
She has received various awards and has many publications in peer reviewed National and International Journals.Dr Tandon is a life member of IMA and RSSDI and participates regularly in various academic meets.She is currently practising as Consultant in Pushpawati Singhania Hospital and Research Institute since 2018.
