A clinician, academician and a blogger, Dr. Mohit singh Tandon is a self made doctor who is empathetic and compassionate towards his work and has great leadership qualities. He did his undergraduation and MD in Internal medicine in 2013 from an esteemed institute ,MGIMS sevagram greatly known to inculcate the social responsibilities apart from the medical teaching. Dr. Mohit has served the rural society for more than 7 years during his journey and this is what has made him a compassionate and considerate physician. After completing his postgraduation he worked as a consultant physician and non invasive cardiologist in a remote area in Gujarat treating various disorders and helping the needy group.Pursuing his interest he did a Post graduate program in cardiology from John hopkin’s university, USA and Masters diploma in advanced echocardiography and speckle tracking affiliated from university of Vienna. He moved to delhi in 2017 and started working in MAX, hospital saket as consultant in Non invasive cardiology. After that he moved to Fortis escorts heart institute,Okhla, New delhi one of the largest and premier institute in cardiology which opened new horizons for him and is currently working as Consultant in Department of Non invasive cardiology. Dr. Mohit Tandon has more than 10 years of experience in the clinical field . His areas of interest are hypertension, clinical and preventive cardiology, diabetes and lifestyle disorders and performing non invasive cardiac procedures like 2D Echo, speckle tracking,holter monitoring,carotid Doppler,TEE.
He has many advanced workshop training certificates and has attended various CMEs on echocardiography and TEE.He has published many articles in peer reviewed National and International Journals and has been a speaker in CMEs and world ECHO congress.He is an active member of IAE,RSSDI and IMA.
Apart from his clinical interest , he is an excellent blogger and fitness freak and is quite passionate about writing blogs on trending issues, lifestyle disorders and fitness goals. He takes great interest in delivering talks and lectures on various health concerns.
